stockholders suffer big time and to minimize harm to union bosses and union workers.

Real bankruptcy judges were available. Turning loans into virtual stocks and bonds

enabling him to play COO and CEO, especially, regarding auto companies. Using

so-called green subsidies earmarked for small businesses to pay political debt to

GE/NBC instead. Forty-four, most of whom act in a stealth fashion and most of who

not confirmed by Senate, czars. Record-number: Previous title-holder was FDR, 33.

Bush 'W': 13; other presidents of the last 100 years between 0 and 4. Obama received

reward as "most transparent president"! Instructing EPA to do Cap-and-Trade, in spite of,

congressional wishes. Helping to prop-up Russia and restoring it as a super-power -

see below. The manner which Healthcare Reform was passed by simply majority vote

behind closed doors - rushed so that most members of congress couldn't study. Something

that colossal in scope should have been presented for a vote after much deliberation as a

constitutional amendment.
 Obama directive to Justice Department to no longer defend "Marriage

Protection Act" (precludes fed gov from recognizing non-traditional marriages and

acknowledges state's rights: a state can't be compelled to recognize an immoral/

abnormal marriage from another state {homo immoral according to Bible; if born that

way - bad mutations in evolutionary terms; most likely psychological and curable if

individual consciously and subconsciously wants to undo damage done early in life

or inexplicable choice - humans do make strange choices}). President can't choose

which laws that he is going to defend.

CONSTITUTIONAL CRIMINAL: About a year and a half ago, we accused obama

 (lower-case 'o' intentional - not disrespectful, expressing anger) of

7 constitutional infractions (5 of which were economic/financial in nature). Here

we give 7 reasons why he is guilty of treason in signing S.T.A.R.T. One can say:

First Freedom Watch (Full disclosure: CJ a member) gets a crack.

FREEDOM WATCH has 8 reasons for why he is guilty of treason. Here are six:

1) Ordered suspected foreign terrorists to be treated like American citizens, giving

them Miranda rights so they don't have to answer questions that expose or stop

Islamic plots -- even allowing enemy combatants to be tried in civilian courts with

court-appointed attorneys;

2) Changed the term "War on Terror" to "overseas contingency operations and

deleted "Islamic extremism" and "jihad" from the National Security Strategy as if

to remove the reason for the ongoing warfare -- something Osama Bin Laden would

want us to do!;

3) Adopted a milquetoast stance before the world's bullies by launching his apology tour

to express regret for U.S. leadership's response to 9-11 attacks while bowing and

kowtowing to foreign potentates, including Iran's hate-mongering Mahmoud

AhMADinejad (Citizen Journalist put mad in upper-case letters; 'CJ' has written

extensively about obama spending much of his first year on tour knocking America

and apologizing for alleged American mistakes in the past. He distinguishes himself

as being the first president to so disgrace himself. The little man thought that by

humbling he was ingratiating while in reality he was the world's biggest joke. This made

our list of criminal offenses!);

4) 'CJ' paraphrase: Made Israel vulnerable. ('CJ' addition: strained relations with our

U.K. friends; U.K. and Israel being our best friends);

5) 'CJ' paraphrase: Allowed Voice of America to become terrorist tool;

6) 'CJ' paraphrase: hasn't provided adequate proof of place of birth and his disobedience 

of U.S. Constitution has caused  military personnel at all levels to ponder: Do we have

to obey this commander-in-chief?     (Update: He recently supplied; CJ never bought 

into claims that he wasn't a real citizen - a loosy one, yes).

because of his many ears of studying science?
Two more reasons which serve to prove that obama wants russia (lower-case letters

intentional) to be a super-power again. We already gave five reasons that S.T.A.R.T. is

extremely detrimental to our national security - here are two more: russia forbids us

from converting nuclear missiles into interceptor missiles in an anti-missile system and

we can only inspect their declared not suspected warhead and missile sites. Please read

In his inaugural address in January 2009, he stated: "We are a nation of believers

and non-believers. We watched it alone and hollered: "Oh, no!" We knew what it

meant. He planned on bringing the efforts of Teddy Roosevelt, Wilson, FDR and LBJ to

as a teenager supplied by socialist grandparents, the infamoous Reverend 'Wrong' and

one as president - all subscribe to bogus Christianity known as "black liberation             

       theology." "God damn America!"

Another EXCLUSIVE THOUGHT: He spent last year traveling the world, knocking

America and apologizing for alleged American mistakes since its founding. What was

in his little head? Did he think that he was ingratiating himself by portraying a humble

America? The world laughed as he became the first president to knock the U.S. down

a few pegs. As we stated previously, he is embarrassed by our number one position in the

world and that we are only remaining super-power. COINCIDENCE? In 2010, a gay

private - how could he have acted alone - pee-ed on his country - supplied hundreds

of thousands of State Department cables to Wiki to leak on America in order to

attempt to knock it down a few pegs. Where did the wikileaks really originate?

Socialism: he is nationalizing auto, banking, insurance, heath industries, as well as,

He has grounded NASA for four to five years which means we will forfeit our number

one position in space technology with all the economic ramifications thereof. He is

inhibiting military technology. His healthcare reform virtually guarantees that will

lose our number  spot in medical R & D.

receive putty blessing. Had Nixon ABM not been cancelled in 1972 and had Reagan's

SDI not been shrunk under Clinton, we would have super/impenetrable shield today with

tremendous collateral technological benefits for private sector.

NASA technology transfer to private sector within seven years; military transfer within

twenty-five.
