Dear 'Cyber-friends,' Obama stated that he would increase                                                                                   NASA's budget by 6 billion over 5 years. He reduced NASA's budget by 2 and 1/2 billion                                                                  in fiscal 2010, therefore, the increase is a paltry 3 1/2 billion.
He wants to shift NASA focus from space to 'hockey stick' pseudo-science. It's political
science not climatology. New U.N. term: Climate and endangered species. U.N. keeps
changing term every time public wakes up, sees how bogus it is and no longer
supports it. Global Warming to Climate Change to Climate and Species. 'Hockey'
sticks," fudged data, cattle farts, suppressed data during peer review and "Al Gore'
placing sensors near heat-generating sources.
A few months ago,T. "Bones" Pickens (who ran PSAs in 2008 encouraged using all sources                              of domestic energy; oil magnate was willing to put his money where his mouth was stating                               that he would built wind-generating power plants across a whole state) abandoned solar/'wind                          after study proved it to be impractical. Hypocrite? No, smart business. Main-stream liberal                            media didn't cover his revelation We
need oil and/or natural gas from under water and/or on land and nuclear fission leading
to fusion. NASA could help in that regard with developing nuclear fusion and nuclear thermal                 propulsion and power-generators  as part of CONSTELLATION/SATURN S-N COMBO.Would                                    You rather purchase oil from countries that support terrorists and
whose environmental and safety standards are lower then U.S. and England. Obama
plan will result in energy bills quadrupling over next ten years. Energy Independence
should be our goal.
I'm with Hero Neil Armstrong: build on existing technology, as well as, create new
technology - and that's what CONSTELLATION does - Big Time.
Contact: Senators Shelby (R; Alabama; 202-224-5744) and Nelson (D; Florida; 202-
224-5272) please consider endorsing plan in "The Mystery Flight of April 23" here and at: rickscisite.
