Facebook page. Of course, he is a big proponent of manned space flight. I told him that I was upset over
Obama's plans to cancel the CONSTELLATION/ORION Project and to have NASA focus on Junk 'Hockey Stick' climate change science. How it was my desire to have NASA once again be the
scientific/technological engine of our economy. And that my friends and I were contacting our
members of Congress and sending out emails. I made him aware of the efforts of my websites
(which our undergoing renovations as I take on partners).

I seek your immediate assistance.

'The One" is bankrupting our nation and heading us toward hyper-inflation. The Dark Knight who
was taught and trained by Marx, Ayers and Acorn. The occupant of the White who was instructed in
science by Al Gore and U.N. scientists. Whose wife only recently became proud of our nation.
The indoctrinated progressive /liberal who relishes traveling the world and putting down the country
he represents.
And, now is shrinking and refocusing our space program to concentrate on Junk 'Hockey Stick'
climate change science ( I use the term loosely) is violating OUR CONSTITUTION to achieve his dastardly goals. The Fed prints money; the Acorn alumni freely spends so that our children and grandchildren will live like those in third world nations. The so-called Commander-in-Chief has no use for the military, the C.I.A. and national security.
Science and technology are the engines of our economy. NASA has a proper focus but
benefits across the scientific, technological, industrial, economic and educational spectrum.It is
unique amongst government organizations for transportation is concerned with transportation and
education with education and agriculture with agriculture. NASA focuses on aeronautics and astronautics but contributes to all pure and applied sciences, including, environmental studies. It can't
do as much as it once did because it's budget plummeted in the '70's. Expand NASA, don't allow the socialist cancel NASA's ORION/CONSTELLATION Program and increase jobs at NASA branches throughout the nation. Restore the NASA of the '60's. President Kennedy was committed to NASA and...
...cut taxes. Cut the cooperate Income Tax from 35% to 25% to create jobs. Freeze spending
except for Defense, and domestic and national security-related program and, of course, NASA! Raise spending on military R & D for it eventually makes its way to the private sector. Return to
China the funds from the failed 'stimulus package' 'which have yet to be spent - it's a failed program as unemployment is at 10%! China nearly owns us. Say no to a jobs bill which
will benefit union bosses and the less then the 15% of Americans who are union members whose bosses already destroyed the public school system, the postal system, Amtrak, the airline and auto industries. Stop Cap-and-Trade energy reform which will quadruple energy bills and make us
more dependent on foreign nations like China.The Federal Government has no constitutional right
to run businesses and banks. It make things worse not better.
SOLUTION: RESTORE NASA AS THE PRIMARY ENGINE OF OUR ECONOMY> PLEASE FORWARD

UNTHINKABLE: CONSERVATIVE IN PRAISE OF A LIBERAL. Odd Couple. Politics makes for strange bedfellows. (Don't misinterpret for he is still wrong in wanting society to sanction an
immorality and abnormalacy but this reporter will not fall into a ADD digression for we must
remind ourselves that we are talking education and economics here). He did the unthinkable: a
liberal democrat stood up to the unions for the sake of the children. The federal government was
offering a prize (shockingly, too, a liberal federal government to the states for coming up with
original and creative ways to educate public school children or expanding successful existing
ones.
Governor Patterson of New York who is legally blind but saw the light proposed increasing
the number of charter schools in New York State from 200 to 460. As stated, in the article proper,regular public schools have bigger budgets and higher teacher salaries then public magnet magnets schools which in turn receive more funding then charter schools. Nonetheless, charters out perform magnets and magnets out perform regulars. So much for the liberal myth that we must throw good money after bad when it comes to regular public schools. Charters are non-union and when they were aloud several years ago, unions demanded and got a cap on their number - in New York the cap has been a mere 200.
Patterson did the unthinkable for a democrat: he climbed out of the union pocket and
stood tall. Unfortunately, his fellow democrats in the state legislature wet their pants which resulted
in democratic in-fighting over what to propose for the special educational funds. They met the
deadline for applying for the 250,000,000 to 750,000,000 for which the state was eligible but
without a proposal on how to spend it which meant they could make a specific proposal by
a second deadline but now be eligible for only between 0 and 250,000,000. The dems continue to
fight amongst themselves and in all likelihood the second deadline will come and go.
Liberals look down on moderates and conservative thinking themselves elite - they're
liberal or stupid according to the dictionary both words are synonyms.
The Governor who couldn't see a yellow stripe down his back was also unable to see the
big 'L' on his chest and proposed reducing the growth of government spending (some cuts
would have been nice for failing programs but we can't expect miracles) and only modest tax
increases (cuts would have been preferable but it is still shocking) to deal with the economic/financial crisis. His democratic colleagues in the legislature will no doubt be true to form: tax and spend!
This reporter rarely takes an interest in state and local politics but had to take the
rare opportunity to throw accolades at a (former liberal?) democrat!!!!

would have a field day with article and supplement and utterly relish giving him a BIG FAT 'D' and
he would enjoy it immensely!! He wrote articles back then and not book reports and term
papers to their dismay and frustration. They would turn the BIG FAT 'D' into a BIG FAT 'F' because
of the supplement with a preface and a game. Let the ADD good times roll. He hated school and
driving teachers up the proverbial wall but took great proud in his self-education.
Let the games begin...There was a New Year's contest at group site: groups.google.com/group/rickcosmos-eclectic The three questions were: 1) Who was the Patron Saint of hookers; 2) Who remembers Topper and Harvey; 3) What odd couple is alleged to be members of the "Illuminati" (Saw movie "Angels and Demons" but that won't help you with question)?
The prizes: a BIG WET KISS for one correct answer, two BIG WET KISSES for two correct
answers and five BIG WET KISSES for three correct answers (by reservation only). Everyone is
eligible except homos and you must be a female between the ages of 18 and 70. (Answers at

and too lazy to rectify it (memories of school days!).

not his beloved France. How unlike a Frenchman not to be a snob!. He believed that the U.S. had great potential and would soon be number one in science, technology and economics. He
penned his book in the 1860's. It was between 1870 and 1900 that America became number
one and we claimed the trophy in 1900 but they tried to deny it to us like that bicycle racer.In
a fit of madness they gave us the Statue of Liberty circa 1880 for our growth as a nation and
in the hope that we would remain true to our ideals.We continued our growth and elevated it in the '40's - atomic age, the '50's - the television age and the '60's - the space age. Problems began
in the '70's when we reduced spending on the space agency - a unique federal program which
benefited so many pf the sciences and was at the cutting edge of developments in electronics, computer technology, microminiaturization, engineering (other government programs are limited
to just one thing) which enabled our enemies in World War 2 - Germany and Japan - which we
rebuilt after the war and set them on the right path in science and technology to began breathing
down our necks in a close second. Germany fell after it reunited in 1990 and was replaced
by China in 2000. Today, we still have the world's richest and biggest economy but it is shrinking.
Japan is number 2. It is expected to be replaced by China by 2012. China was expected to
replace us in 2025 - now, courtesy of Obama could occur in 2015. Science and technology
have been the engines of the economy since the Industrial Revolution and now we are number
one in very few areas - one of which is improving existing and creating new medications.
Japan is number one in the most important area: computer/robotic technology. China was a
third-world nation until 2000 when they became a developing nation. They are now an industrialized
nation. They will be a post-industrialized nation. It makes you dizzy. They moved through the phases even more rapidly then us!
It is broke but can be fixed. NASA only receives 1/10th of 1% of the federal budget. It
should have the budget that it enjoyed in the '60's adjusted for inflation. Once again, there will be a couple of nations in the world in second place but a distant second place. Obama is will
take broken and put in that thing that they use to crush cars. He'll throw good money after
bad instead of reorganizing social programs. The red-white-blue will soon bow to yellow!
HOOKERS AND OTHER THINGS...Hint: December. Santa Claus - more precisely, Saint
Nicholas, who amongst other things purchased 6 hookers from a pimp (or whatever, they
were called about 1600 tears ago. There is no truth to the rumor that he was a party guy.

We must be residing in a parallel universe: The Democratic Governor of New York standing tall before
union bosses. The federal government is offering additional educational funds to states if they can prove that they are creating or expanding creative and innovative educational programs.We feel faint. It must be a Twilight Zone/Parallel Universe combo. The offer is coming from the democratically-
controlled federal government! The Governor wants to expand the number of public charter schools
in the state from 200 to 460. We have been big proponents of charter schools for years, as opposed
to unions which hate these schools because they are successful and non-union. As Albert
Shanker, former head of the biggest teacher's union, said in 1985: "We'll care about the children
want they're old enough to be union members and pay dues."
National Standardized tests: on average private schools' (most of which are Catholic) children
score higher then charter school and home school kids who in turn score higher then those in
public magnet schools. Regular public schools bring up the rear. (although, they have shown some
improvement in recent years thanks to former President Bush's "No Child Left Behind" program
which make it more difficult for public school teachers from granting so-called 'social promotions
(promoting undeserving students in order to cover their butts - it wouldn't look good if too many
students failed their class) and by converting public schools into magnet or charter schools if the
school gets a failing grade three years in a row). Unions have successfully kept a low lid
on the number of charter schools for years.
It goes to show you how incompetent regular public school teachers are when kids are
better off being taught in the home rather then the classroom. Will the democrats finally do the
right thing and make it easier for principals to fire incompetent teachers (unions have made it
extremely difficult for them to do so). Of course, democrats are being true to form in wanting to
make it more difficult for parents to home school their children. Why? Most home schooled kids
have religious parents and religion is a part of their curriculum. We can't expect too much of demo-
crats,after all, their not republicans. We should be glad that their beginning to see the educational light.
Contrary to popular opinion, regular public school teachers only make on average 10% less
then police officers and firemen and their benefits and retirement packages are actually better.
Liberal myth: regular public schools aren't budgeted enough and teachers aren't paid enough.
They receive more money then magnet schools and magnet teachers who in turn receive more
the charter. Fascinating, isn't it. Liberals claim that the problem with regular public schools
is money. The problem with regular public schools is that they are jokes!
(Virtual schools are new and are only being experimented with in a few states. They are sort of
a charter/home hybrid. It's premature to pass judgement on them).

They knew that businesses flourish and are at their most creative, innovative and productive when there is less regulation. Just look at the Reagan years. He manages to somewhat reduce regulations but sadly it didn't last long). Everything that I described, including, the percentages spells socialism and in the case of management/ownership UN CONSTITUTIONALISM!!!
Over 70% of Americans opposed the democrat's health care plan: more republicans then
independents and more independents then democrats - but still a majority of democratic
citizens were in opposition. What do the Senate democrats do? They drop the terms: "55 to
65% of Americans can buy into medicare (which is broken and is going to be cut - how
unliberal of them) and "federal option" - and stupid Americans are ready to throw a party!
Smoke and mirrors: the terms are gone but not the concepts in the 1000plus page tome - we are
still going to have those things in the bill, as well as, a platform for them to build. It reminds
this composer of letters of what came to pass a few months ago: the Chairman of the
Democratic National Committee instructed democratic politicians to drop "global warming"
for "climate change; the former having lost it's shock value and was losing public belief in it (notice
'belief' for in science you except or reject because it's suppose to be predicated on fact or
widely excepted theory and meticulous data and evidence while you 'believe' in religion for
it is based on faith) - the name change was a political marketing change not a scientific one.
It would have worked on stupid Americans had it not been for the recent scandal over falsified
data and suppression of opposing views.
By the way, healthcare reform and cap-and-trade (Al Gore energy reform) will bring us
close to the nearly 30% UNCONSTITUTIONAL figure. Parts of Roosevelt's "New Deal" and
Johnson's "Great Society" were UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Obama is out doing both of them
combined!
The" Green Dictator" claims the UNCONSTITUTIONAL right to shut down or split a part
a big business if "Carnac the Magnificent" in his infinite wisdom and mythical powers to
forecast the future decides that if "The One" decides that the company is about to do serious
damage to the economy because he deems it on the brink of collapsing. He'll be choosing
your doctor (the healthcare bill calls for the creation of 153 new regulatory agencies to
make medical and other health related decisions for you and or children and elderly parents.
The "Big Nanny" in the White House knows best. And, if you don't want health insurance,
he will force you to get it and pay for the plan that the "Doctor-in-Chief" chooses. This too
is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, as ell as, telling you what you can drive for His partner is the
"Green Earth Goddess." and telling you what you can drink and it! "Mr. Water" know claims
to own all the water in and around the Unites States! Don't step in his puddle! According to
the Constitution - do remember when we had on of those - the federal government can regulate
water used by merchant marine ships off shore and with in the U.S. if merchant ships use
water in a river or a lake located in more then one state. MR. UNCONSTITUTIONAL! And,
don't forget to teach your children to say "Thank you, Mr. President, for creating the water that I just drank."
Major reform should required a Constitutional Convention (Franklin, Johnson didn't know
that and Obama doesn't) or at the very least bipartisan support wherein all the members of
the majority or nearly all with one or two or three dissenting and at least 25% of the minority
supporting it (For your information: 80% of those who filibustered the landmark civil rights
legislation of 1964 were democrats, it passed because of republicans - you children
aren't taught that in public school!).
Rights: Roosevelt wrote additional rights to be added to the Founding Father's Bill of
Rights - they weren't passed - like people have a right to healthcare, a car, food and a place
to live. Progressives or liberals don't believe in the old Protestant work ethic and want to
create a communist-type country wherein everyone is poor or lower middle class (less
likely mid-middle class - in communist countries 90% of the population is non-working poor
and working poor and lower middle class and everyone is dependent on the government to
a moderate or large extent - - the desire to work hard is absent). This is what Obama
meant by "spreading the wealth" - - - Joe the plumber had him pegged right!
In the 1950's 93% of Americans believed in God and 85% practiced their religion
on a regular or semi-regular basis. Today, 85% and 60%. The earth is the new god and if
a global government is created by the earth goddess, Obama will cry - the water that he owns -
for he won't be chosen king for he will be head of a country with a worthless dollar!!!

Fact: Recently, 66% of Americans celebrated Christmas as a religious holy day and a secular holiday or just as a religious holy day; 33% celebrated it as a secular holiday; 1% don't celebrate it or don't know where they were and what they were doing on that day. When Rudy (I choose not to attempt to spell his last name) was Mayor of New York City, he
substantially increased police presence in black neighborhoods. In the U.S., 16% of the
population is black (13% African-American). Crime is those neighborhoods substantially
dropped. Blacks are responsible for over 50% of the major crimes: murders, rapes, assaults
and armed robberies. What makes it even more embarrassing for black people is the fact
that a majority of it is black on black crime. When Bloomberg (I can spell it because I checked
how it is spelled on T.V.; you do know that the Mayor owns or is the chief stockholder
in the Bloomberge cable T.V. network?) became mayor, he was forced by black leaders like
the Rev. Farrakan, the Rev. Jackson, the Rev. Sharpton (I'm a bigot if I misspelled any
of their names!) and liberal white politicians to do away with the Rudy increase. He compromised and cut it in half and crime went up but not to pre-Rudy levels. Why? The'leaders' hollowed racism and racial profiling!What did the fast majority of the people living in those communities feel: they were in favor of it and wanted police presence to rise even more. Black leaders and liberal white politicians and judges are out of touch with real black people and notice that most of them don't
live in these neighborhoods!

is 6 trillion miles - now that's fast! (Or, a 186,000 per second!). One light year equals 6 trillion miles. Our present telescopes on earth and, especially, in space can 'see' 13.4 billion light years back in the microwave part of the spectrum. Space is a time machine. The further into space that you look the further back in time that you see. The sun is a star and it takes light 8 minutes to reach us traveling at 186,000 miles per second from a distance of 93 millions
miles. The famous Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 million light years away and, there, for we
see it the way it looked 2.5 million years ago. (By the way, it is going to collide with our
Galaxy in 3 billion years).Originally, the universe was smaller then an atom or it was a point (the
opposite of big) and expanded rapidly and there was no air to carry sound (result: no
bang) and a fraction of a second later it inflated - it expanded again - this time faster then
light ( but Einstein stated that particles with mass( like protons, neutrons and electrons can't travel at the speed of light and mass less particles - light and invisible light - can travel
at the speed of light - but nothing can travel faster then light - - - he didn't tell us that space
couldn't travel faster then light!).You are thinking of empty space - a vacuum - but there is
no such thing. This area of space less then the size of an atom contained 10 dimensions
of space (you're familiar with three: length , width and depth), dark energy, dark matter,
potential energy and matter (the type which we are familiar). During the first 'bang' exotic
particles formed from potential matter and then space expanded faster then light carrying
the particles along for the ride. Picture yourself on a conveyer belt at the airport. As far as
your concerned your standing still reading your newspaper or today more likely talking on
your cell phone or texting. Picture yourself as the exotic particle and the belt as space. To
be more accurate the space belt section behind you is traveling faster then then it is in front
of you. It also means that our universe of regular matter and energy only occupies a small fraction
of the space generated from the second 'bang' - it continued to expand without normal mass
and energy within in it in which another 'big bang' can take place in 'our' universe but we can't
see it because light from it - traveling at the speed of light - visible, radio, x-ray - hasn't
had time to reach us. Where did the BIG BANG take place? In the center of the area 300,000
years after the big bang that we can 'see' as 3 degree Kelvin radiation in the microwave. That
was when the universe lit up and became visible but since then it has lost energy and cooled
off and is 'visible' in the microwave. Wrong! The BIG BANG didn't take place there. It took
place no where or everywhere. Yo can say that it took place in the center of your body or
in the center of our Galaxy or in the center of the area 300,000 years after the BIG BANG -
but so could a living being in another Galaxy claim the the BIG BANG took place in
the center of himself or the center of his galaxy which is further in or further out then our
galaxy which would place the center of the 3 degree Kelvin radiation at a point displaced
from our central point for the 3 degree Kelvin radiation. Do you want to become further
discombobulated. The radius of our universe is 13.7 billion light years and the diameter is
twice that amount but for a galaxy a billion miles out the edge of the universe 13.7 and the
opposite edge is 13.7 billion miles out. He is detecting that 3 degree Kelvin radiation 1.3 billion
years after us - no! As far as he's concerned it is 300.000 years after the Big Bang. But
this scribe stated that because of the second Big Bang - there is empty (which really
isn't empty with dimensions and dark matter and potential regular matter, etc. But the
guy in the galaxy further out will see 3 degree Kelvin radiation and closer in the first galaxies
that formed but we see nothing. And, let's go crazy - the 3 degree Kelvin radiation is all around
us at a distance of 13.4 billion light years shouldn't it be within in emanating from and
area 600,000 light years in diameter and not 27.4 billion miles in diameter. Solution?: Remember
what Albert taught us: everything is relative!!!
